What is this?.... Secret Santa related

My mum received this as a present from secret Santa at work.
We're trying to figure out what it is!

It has a screw top and is hollow, comes with a funnel so it's designed to be filled with something.

My dm reckons it's a flask for running.

I reckon it's a fancy bag sized bottle for putting perfume in.

It's made of metal.

It’s a hip flask (for booze!) to be worn as a bangle. Wouldn’t fancy that bashing around on my wrist when I was running!

unless it was a pick a parcel out of a bag, then no, SS should be bought with the person in mind and if you dont know them that well, you ask around to find out

Oh the booze filled bangle, I’ve seen it over the weeks on Facebook “oh wow look at this”. But really, it’s a novelty you couldn’t actually wear or use.
