I got these blinis and I'm thinking of topping some with a nice prawn cocktail mix, others with a mix of cranberry sauce/brie/crumbled bacon.
For the latter, do I bake the blinis first, then add the sauce & brie etc and then blast under the grill, or can I assemble it 'raw' and then bake it?? Hope I'm explaining myself properly! I want the brie to be warm & melty, not a cold canapé
