Damn it, late arriving christmas present!

Poop! Ordered something from claireabella on 12th Dec, nothing on delivery times on website. The offer I used said 'last chance for Xmas'!
Just tracked my order and its estimated delivery date is the 4th of January!
Can't seem to cancel the order either.
That'll teach me to check delivery dates!!

No , but I'm in the same situation, except the website said delivery on 15th December. They've offered a refund but it means I'm still without this present

Not just me then? I've just emailed them for a refund. Pretty crap but at least they offered you a refund.
Disappointing as im without a present too.

It's very frustrating isn't it. I got caught on an Amazon one where I dithered between two brands so I'm not sure if I just didn't notice the unbelievably long delivery estimate.

It's frustrating! I ordered stuff from smyths and it arrived within 3 days! Amazon was 4 days! I guess it's the chance you take at this time of year! I got another present anyway just in case!

I ordered two things from different websites on 3rd December. Both items have got lost - how’s that for piss poor luck. I’m now involved in chasing both parcels. One is DS’s main present. Online shopping can be great but sometimes old-fashioned shop shopping is best.
