Present for 18 month old

I am nearly finished all my Christmas shopping but I need to think of something to get my friends' 18 month old son - he has an older brother so pretty much has everything toys and clothes related that he could possibly need. It's not a big present £10-15 and I've bought his brother a matching game this year.
Any suggestions gratefully received!

Smaller presents we're thinking of are play dough set, happy land people, anything musical where you push a button and it makes a noise, toy food to go in toy kitchen...

Always love books here. On DD list(same age) we have toy food, puzzles, crayons, paints

Books are good. It would nice for you to choose a book/a selection of books and write a message inside.

Or a nice plate, cup and bowl set.

His older brother may have lots of toys but the 18 month old needs special things too.
