Gingerbread biscuit dough

Made up a batch of gingerbread dough for biscuits. We cut out 10, before DD got bored. I have 3/4 dough left. Does anyone know how long it will keep in the fridge?

I'd say two days in the fridge, or wrap it really well and freeze in chunks for a few months.
