Christmas Buffet

I'm having a few friends round for lunch a few days before Christmas. I'm planning to do a little buffet, which I'd like to be quite Christmassy. I'm struggling a bit with savoury ideas, in particular getting some form of veg in. Preferably things that don't take too much time or effort!

So far I'm planning:
Turkey and cranberry sandwiches
Brie and cranberry parcels
Pigs in blankets

Nutella Christmas tree
Mini mince pies
Chocolate-dipped clementine segments

Thanks!

Nigella's blue cheese and guacamole toasty things are nice. If you check her youtube programmes, Nigella Express and Nigella Christmas both have lots of quick non faffy things.

Crudités & homemade salsa & guacamole for extra veg. Loaded potato skins, sausage rolls,

But more importantly, what's Nutella

That should be what's the Nutella Christmas 🎄 (I obv know what Nutella is) HmmGrin

It's just Nutella and puff pastry, saw it on Pinterest ages ago but haven't had a suitable occasion to make it for until now!

Like the lady above says crudités and also some fruit and decent crisps and nuts. Nice soft drinks/sparkling water as well as tea and coffee.
Your buffet sounds lovely. All the ones I've ever been to have been all the same old rubbish.

I would add a cheese board with apples, celery and grapes, along with chutney and biscuits.

Roasted beetroot dip and crudites

Vegetarian pate.
Mini vegetable quiche, tomato or cheese and leek for example .
Bruschetta
Tapenade dip
Caponata
