Wrapping a voucher

I've just bought my parents a voucher for Sunday lunch in a lovely local hotel. I need some ideas for wrapping it up, as it's been emailed to me, without spending any more money.

Maybe in an envelope with a nice hand-written message on the front and a bow.

Or perhaps in a nice box, tied with ribbon and a label, if you have anything suitable lying around.

I cover old boxes with pretty wrapping paper and reuse.

I emptied a can of beans at the bottom using a tin opener, and left the ringpull in tact. After washing the can very carefully, I then put the vouchers inside and used a glue gun to stick the bottom of the can back on. I then covered it in festive paper and tinsel. The recipient could then open the can and found the vouchers inside.

Nick, that's a fab idea. Have you been overdosing on Pinterest? Grin

I can honestly say that my Dad has probably never opened a tin of beans in his life! Box & bow is winning so far.
