Walking dog toy!

I am looking for a present for my nearly 3 year old son. He absolutely loves dog but will NOT be getting one! I'm looking at the walking toy dogs and there's a big difference between them all. Anyone got one they could recommend or rule out?! Ta

We got one in The Entertainer for my little boy that’s quite good. Can’t remember what it’s called but it was half price, reduced from £25. Cute and puppy like and if walks on a lead.
