Ideas for nursery workers

My LG has 3 nursery workers in her room. What should I be getting them for Christmas? My first year at having to do this

In the past we've done scarves, mugs, posh biscuit and hand cream. Not all at once, I must add!

I’ve got a big tin of choc biscuits and fancy tea bags and just addressed ‘to all the staff.’

He doesn’t really have an individual worker who’s gone above and beyond (ds1 did and I go wine for them) so felt this covered all the bases and will get shared round the staff room.

I bought some good slipper socks for his baby room carers, because they don’t wear shoes in that room.

Otherwise, hot chocolate, chocolates, stuff that’s nice, but consumable - I just don’t know enough about them to presume their taste (and don’t have enough money to buy something fancy enough otherwise).
