So I'm hosting Boxing Day afternoon/evening feast for 12 peeps. Age 4-64 What would you expect-cold cuts? Cheese board?
Too samey (I.e all had turkey roast the day b4) to do hot roasted pork, stuffing and apple sauce baps?

Definitely support the hot pork rolls with stuffing and apple sauce and a side of coleslaw.
Otherwise a simple buffet - meats. (shop bought or cook a ham joint) salad, cheeses & bread.
I often mix chopped turkey with mayo and curry powder to use as a buffet dish.
People are often over-faced come Boxing Day IME

Thankyou 2nd ... mmm I like the side of coleslaw. I think I'll go for the pork, and then a cheeseboard to cover the veggie x

Or do a ham which can go in the slow cooker, cheese, coleslaw, sausage rolls & nibbles - I am doing a Pre-Christmas party and these are the things we’re having.

I'm doing this Garland sausage roll and Cheese and onion slice with some side salads/ coleslaw which can all be prepared on Christmas Eve and don't need much co-ordination on the day. I've done a buffet before and it gets faffy.

I wouldn't want a hot roast two days running. Cold cuts are fine, with some chutneys and relishes to choose from, cold stuffing and a selection of fresh breads hot from the oven. Yum.
A cheese board would be lovely too.

Sounds similar to what I'm planning. Lots of part baked rolls, cold meat, stuffing, sauces, salad and crisps/dips. I always go mad making a buffet and have tons left over. Found a recipe for a Wreath pavlova type thing so going to make that for desert, maybe a cheese board too
