Small present for 9year old boy?

DH doesn’t think we need to get him a present...but we’re giving his sister one (DH’s goddaughter) and seeing them the week before Christmas. I don’t agree, so now it’s my task. Help!
He’s 9.5, into mountain biking, technical lego, and Chima(?) lego last time we saw them. £20 limit.

I saw smart games - IQ puzzle pro rec'd on another thread and looks really good. I'd like it for my 8yo. Its a token gesture as you don't know them that well and this seems quite generic, but will also last a few years longer
