Turkey Curry?

Without heading into the gravy sieving territory I'm looking for Turkey Curry recommendations.

I make curries fairly regularly but I need a crowd pleaser so not too spicy which is what we normally like but definitely full of favour as will be a diverse group who like their food.

This is for boxing day and the plan is to use leftover turkey so ideally nothing too arduous.

There's a website called All Recipes, I used one off there and it was very well received!

Delia's left over creamy chicken curry works with turkey.

Red or green thai curry is really easy. Just need the paste, some coconut milk/cream and green veg (freezer).
