Feel sad for DH

I came home early after a meeting and my neighbour said she’d waited for DHs parcel but nothing came. i presumed it was for his business.

An hour later a courier arrived and when I answered the door he was carrying a big box with ‘kitchenaid’ written on it Shock. On the side a bit was cut out with the colour written on. I almost kissed the courier!

Poor DH was gutted as he said he wanted to see my face when I opened it at Christmas :(. He’s saved most of the year for it as we are not flush.

Why don’t these shops use plain packaging at this time of year??

Oh that’s so frustrating. I agree plain brown boxes are what is needed at this time of year. Enjoy your mixer!

Ah that is shit. Definately worth tweeting kitchenaid.

He called the company he bought it from to complain but he got nowhere. Not even a voucher, pasta attachment or anything Grin. He was genuinely gutted though about the box Sad

I made sure any parcels that may be recognisable get delivered to my parents or work so the dc don’t spy the packaging as it would certainly ruin a few surprises

Ah that's a shame. I don't blame you for wanting to kiss the courier though Grin

It's so hard to know what's going to be in plain packaging or not.
