I'm looking to buy my DP a recipe book with suggested wine pairings for each recipe, any ideas?
He's a fairly good cook so it can be fairly advanced, but I'm not looking for a "cooking with wine" book or anything amazon seems desperate to offer me.
He enjoys Rick Stein, Nigella, Marcus Wareing books if that helps.
