I think they probably are, but they're tiny!
My friends dc has a Polaroid zip I think and it's still small.

Thanks
I was thinking about this sort of thing I think I am nervous about the cost of the cartridges but it really is the perfect teen girl gift

We bought DD (10.5) a Canon Selphy last year when she wanted a Polaroid camera. She already had a camera and I knew that she would never spend her own cash on the Polaroid refills as they are so expensive.

This way she crops and enhances her photos and then prints what she wants to.

We bought a big refill pack 104 prints from memory, both ink and paper, which worked out really cheaply, she still has half left so I reckon has printed 70 odd photos in the year. 26p a print from memory.

Really good, wireless so you can print from iPads etc.

Those HP sprockets have been heavily, heavily pushed by YouTubers who have partnered with HP. That in itself would make me wary of their value and longevity.

Sprocket is cute and seems to print well

I didn't go for the sprocket because DD had a desk and I couldn't really see her taking it out and about.

I also thought the print size was a bit limiting.

I bought this one - bigger and desk bound though.
