Hi, I bought a felt one from Amazon that you fill yourself. DP likes tea very much so I bought a pack of Twinings assorted teabags in individual envelopes. I will put a teabag and a chocolate mint in each "day". I don't know what to suggest for fitness but perhaps a fill your own one with small presents in?
