jed no idea how to cancel, I ordered mine for click and collect and just wont collect so they will be automatically cancelled after a couple of days

I think I ordered for click and collect too - I wasn't sure if they took the money when they despatched them to store or when the customer collected them. Fine if it's the latter - I just won't collect and won't be charged - but if it's the former then I guess you have to go through the rigmarole of getting a refund from them too?

Yes they charge you on dispatch but are very quick to refund once you haven’t collected (I’ve done it before). Just have to make sure you have the available money. If not try and phone them?

@Whyami it is for new topcashback users only. So I sent DH a refer a friend email and he signed up and as a new user he could could get 100% cashback up to £16.50 (which is the price of a lipstick) from MAC.

I read it was limited to first 5000 customers but I only did it this morning and it has tracked £16.50 to his account. You also get free delivery and a free little sample from Mac.

As an aside the purchase unfortunately doesn't count towards the refer a friend threshold, but now he has an account I am sure he will spend enough for me to get my free cashback.
