I was very kindly sent one and it won’t accept it against my account. I’ve also tried the ones posted in a photo and it’s not letting me.

I wasn’t sent any vouchers in the post, and I think M&S have me down as not worthy for this promotion.

I was trying to buy a cashmere jumper. If they don’t want my business I’ll go to woolOvers. Grrrrr.

Are the jumpers already on offer Oreo? There are a load of exclusions on the back of the voucher but it doesn’t state cashmere. Was the voucher from me? I’ll double check it if it was. How annoying for you.

It’s a full price cashmere jumper (£75) and a full price bottle of perfume (£14). It wasn’t from you Dubious, and I don’t think it’s the ‘fault’ of the lovely posters who have shared.

It’s the sparks programme. They left people out of the last lot of 20% off, and now they seem to be excluding people from using these friend vouchers. I think they have some sort of criteria or something as to who they let use a discount at any one time.

This really bugs me. I’m about to spend a chunk of money and I really will, on principle alone, spend possible more than their full price buying a cashmere jumper from somewhere else!

I also dont want to place the order without code soooo infuriating but is the one item mum wants for xmas from sdad darn cant mess it up going to have to just go for it before lose stock again hate missin a deal!x

The code that I was sent worked perfectly (thank you Princessib ) and I am not a Sparks member, so I don't think it is because of the Sparks programme .
My order was a big one (6 items) ranging from children's Xmas pyjamas to adult dresses and jumpers - although nothing cashmere....
If it helps at all I input the code all in capitals with no spaces but dashes after every 4 characters.

Betsy could you set up a new M&S account? Either knock up a new email or use your partners? I don’t know if it will work but might be worth a try.

If not being able to use the code is account linked, a brand new account might work.

I just picked my four, copy and pasted the mention me link I was kindly given into a separate tab, added my email and it carried the code over to where I was checking out! Have just checked my PayPal and I've definitely only paid £16
