Deliabell, I've seen a soft toy version of Rainbow Dash at tk maxx for £8. They also sell the Busy Books of My little Pony Movie for £6 there and Asda, which come with a playmat with 4 scenes and little plastic characters of everyone from the movie.

If you're near a Fenwicks, they had a lot of their soft toys half price last weekend too.

Just happened to be looking on Argos and seen this... wondering if it's a mistake? I've reserved it but the store is 40miles away and I'm worried if I get there and then they don't honour it.. any advice? Do they have to sell it to me at the price I've reserved it at?

Purple I didn't see anything like that in M&S when I went in last week, although it may be because they had lots of issues with it. I know mine were rubbish (as were the replacements!) and only worked when they felt like it!

@Reastie thanks for letting me know. That’s a shame yours didn’t work - we kept one ourselves and that one still works (I put on a really husky voice and said “Happy Christmas to the Purples! Ho! Ho! Ho!” and my DD(4) still believes it was Father Christmas! ). We also gave one to an elderly couple (quasi-relatives) and every time we see them it comes out and is still working.
