Amazon Alexa - discounts?

Does anyone know whether Amazon Alexa gets discounted before Christsmas? I got sent an offer for one but it was for Amazon USA!

They did get discounted last year before Christmas in the US. Now that they have more competition you may see the same in the UK, or it may be worth buying from the US site and paying the shipping to get the discount.

I'm after a fire 10 and was just looking for black Friday updates, there were a few previews for Alexa, Amazon are starting a week early and doing discounts through to the 26th I think it said.
