well, i'd give this a bash Mary Berry Recipe for a 12x9 tin which is 108 square inches, and your tin is just under 100 square inches

It is a lovely tin, nordic ware do some beautiful things, last year I burnt the bugger and I was gutted! I shall have a trial nom this weekend.
