Coming out as a total lurker (who has appreciated these threads for several years). Just wanted to share that early in the morning Smyths appear to have lots of fingerling stock. Just ordered two sloths from my local store despite being told not until 13th. Stock informer doesn't seem to know either. Fingers crossed they actually arrive but thought I should let you guys know as I wouldn't have known I needed fingerlings were it not for you all!

Hello all! I am finding it so hard to keep up with these threads, just been burying my head in the sand and hoping christmas would sort itself out...

We have booked a trip to Lapland for us all on the 27th for a week so this year has to be bargainous in the extreme...I have the kids pretty much sorted as we have been saying for ages they have far too much stuff anyway, so its just adult friends and relatives now. Trying to keep it mostly home made and simple but these threads are tempting me to buy more stuff!
I'm going to keep my eye out for bargains so I can contribute something to the party...
