OutnumberedbyFurchesters I was in Sainsbury’s last week and saw lots of the stuff that was in the half price sale now ‘reduced to clear’ with 75% off, wasn’t on anything I got luckily but it really pissed me off

Minecraft papercraft sets can be split as can the Minecraft Core packs. The Core Mob pack is around £13.50 on Amazon, papercraft sets can be picked up for under £9.

Lego Minecraft sets could also be split out, although he might have lost interest by the 24th!

eBay has some bundles of the little figures, although not terribly cheap if you want them dispatched from the UK.

Personally, I'd take a chance and order some of the dirt cheap Lego Minecraft minifigs and/or collectible figures from China. Mine arrived in under 3 weeks and they're cheap enough that if they don't turn up in times they can go in a stocking and you can go to plan b. Try Aliexpress and eBay.

mcdog you could always do a figure every couple of days and intersperse with other bits he might like (chocs etc?)

Craftymadam: they are not very fancy but lidl do a brilliant fleece covered hot water bottle with a wide opening so even I can fill it without scalding myself. I don't bother with any other kind now. They were in last week so if you're quick you might still get some.
They're a standard size so you could easily replace the covers for something more fancy if you wanted.

I'm looking for bike replayed bits for my DS10. He has coloured spokes already and lights for the spokes and also a small repair kit. Can anyone suggest anything else?

Woah he might have these already, but how about: bike computer, water bottle and holder or camelbak if he does really long rides, lights.

Or if he's into mountain biking, perhaps a day at a trail centre?
