Gift ideas for five year old boy dislikes construction

Any toy ideas for five year old boy? I'm getting him rollerskates. Want to get him couple of other things. He dislikes construction, drawing, crafts. Likes reading instructions and numbers! But any ideas of just age appropriate things really would be welcome he likes board games but already has buckeroo, junior monopoly, kerplunk, twister. Many thanks

Does he like role play type toys such as imaginext, playmobil etc? Train set? Car tracks? Remote control car? At that age my ds loved Hot wheels.

My 5yo boy has asked for Hungry Hippos and Sylvanian families - specifically the light house that lights up.

What about an electronics set? Lots of instructions to follow! Needs a bit of supervision at that age.

DS1 who will be 5 at Christmas loves Operation & snakes and ladders. He also loves Magformers (but not Lego etc), Switch & go dinosaurs, science toys and Hot wheels.

Thanks for all the suggestions think I'm going to go for hot wheels (just need to choose which set!). And ask for walkie talkies from grandparents. I'm obviously rubbish at this but going to Google all the suggestions as birthday coming up too :-)
