Saw a sensory play set in Costco at the weekend, it had two large textured balls and several smaller ones as well as some blocks from what I could see and was around the £23/24 area. Will try and get a photo if we go again this week!

Nectar double up is usually around 20th November, I think. I get my Christmas booze at that point!

I saw dates somewhere for nectar double up - cant find them now but I think it was 15-19 November?

Oh, and a trick I learned from here last year was that you can max out your double up each day. I thought you could only do it once, but I did it over 2 days last year so got £80 of booze for £40 of points. You normally get £10 back in points a few weeks' later too (for each £20 you swap, so I got £20 back) as a thank you for using double up, so it's even more of a bargain!

Had a very bargainous morning! I went to 2 Sainsbury's and it's deffo worth going they still had loads left and some stuff was reduced to clear. Whoever wanted the hot wheels hauler it was £12 and they still had lots I'm near Manchester if that's any help. Got a 2 pack of transformers should be £50 labelled at £25 but scanned at £18.75! Cheapest he seen is £15 each so chuffed with that. Got a nexo knights Lego set for £2 down from £10. Got DD a toybox figure from mothercare for £2 and DS a Christmas plate, bowl and cup from m&s outlet for £5

buzzbeebee- fish cookbook- I have Rick Stein's Seafood (mentioned by MilesJupp) which is pretty much a bible for fish and seafood. It's quite old now, so you can probably pick it up cheaply.

Are there any recommendations for cheap but good makeup for pre teens please? I don't wear it and my nieces have requested makeup and I don't know where to start! I've only got around £10 left in their budgets so more for my money the better!

Has anyone bought a fingerling in the last few days? Realise I am a bit late to the party but having just watched a video online am convinced my two would LOVE one of these.

Toys r us in reading have lots of big lol dolls in today and they have the fingerling climbing frame in behind the tills.
