I love the wacky things in the Bill Skinner Studio sale.

I thought there could be interesting gifts for teens here. Comfy chair stacking ring anyone?

Admittedly not everyone's cup of tea Grin

itsonlysubterfuge · 21/10/2017 11:31

I've received some of my things from aliexpress.

Hello Kitty Dress. It's very soft and seems good quality. DD is a very tiny 5 year old and size 5 is perfect size on her. £5.21

Crank Torch This is great, it works well. It's basically a torch without batteries. DD loves this kind of thing. £1.04

Soft Minion Handbag It's a small handbag type thing. It's very soft and seems good quality. My DD loves bags. £2.60

MLP keychain This is a very pretty little keychain. Purchased the applejack one for DH. £0.73

Just bought the Instax from Currys for my niece, thank you to the person who posted. Really pleased!!

Haudyerwheesht · 21/10/2017 11:37

Thank you!!! Got dd a camera

ScarlettDarling · 21/10/2017 11:37

I've also jumped in the instax bandwagon! Great little present!

Marshmallowpops · 21/10/2017 11:37

Spotted this swizzles advent calender for £4 when doing Tesco online grocery shopping

Doseydots · 21/10/2017 11:45

If any could be so kind with a sonos code please pm me. Thank you

XiCi · 21/10/2017 11:52

LikeSilver I also hate the Clarins lip oil. Horribly tacky lip gloss that was very ageing, I too was expecting a nourishing lip oil treatment for the winter. The Clarins set was a bit of a letdown as left with a tiny pot of primer and samples that you generally get given for free. The £9.99 Ted Baker set from the perfume shop mentioned upthread however is lovely, really nicely boxed and good sized products inside. Will be ordering a couple more of them

For those ordering the instax there's a 14 in 1 accessories kit on amazon that was previously linked to that is amazing value at £14.99

buzzbeebee · 21/10/2017 11:54

Not sure if someone has mentioned it on a previous thread but Tesco has little tikes on sale at £45 quid. Not sure if it will still be this price in 2 for 3

I don't know how to make links look pretty so here is long link

RJnomore1 · 21/10/2017 12:00

Am I the only one who likes the clarins lip oil? I'm wearing it in the house after my cleanse tone moisturise mind you but if feels pretty conditioning and I love the smell (what does it smell like it's driving me round the bend!)

buzzbeebee · 21/10/2017 12:01

Does anyone have any recommendations for fish cooking book, for a novice cook (dh), who wants to learn to cook fish dishes

WhyamIBoredathome · 21/10/2017 12:05

I did wonder why everyone went so bonkers over the clarins thing. Surely the 2 things in the £10 box were sample sized anyway?

Haudyerwheesht · 21/10/2017 12:09

Apparently my camera will be delayed .... I really hope they don't cancel it! The films were OOS but amazon also have 20 shots for £9.99 just now. Did everyone else take out the replacement cover?

onedayatatime73 · 21/10/2017 12:09

I need to buy four candles (no ronnies joke intended). Can't bear Yankee (is it just me)? Looking to spend about £10 each. Any suggestions?

DumbledoresArmy · 21/10/2017 12:12

I just spent £38 on H&M kids pj’s for Xmas 🙈

Llamacorn · 21/10/2017 12:19

Couldn't resist @onedayatatime73 Grin

I'm fussy with candles (don't like Yankee either) but some of the sanctuary ones in boots are quite nice and on 3 for 2, pretty sure they do wax lyrical too. I love the ones from anthropologie but not sure hers be within budget.
My local b&m have actually started selling woodwick candles at ridiculously cheap prices, some smells aren't as nice but I found one of my favourites in a huge 3 wick glass container for less than a tenner!

The Instax Mini accessories bundle is here I've bought this several times this year (with various versions of the bag) and have been impressed every time. It's also worth keeping an eye on Amazon for some of the more unusually bordered film to stash. We found some gorgeous Alice in Wonderland film for less than £6 a pack.

To the posters wondering about the longevity of the camera itself, our DD has had one for 2 years (since she was just under 5) and it still gets used tonnes. Especially when friends are round. It has been dropped, shaken and squashed and is still going strong.

PamelaPatricia · 21/10/2017 12:24

Playmobil voucher now gone.

onedayatatime73 · 21/10/2017 12:24

Thank you llamcorn.

I don't understand the sonos thing. We have sonos? So how do I get the code for the dot?

weebarra · 21/10/2017 12:24

Does anyone have a dot code from Sonos they won't use? We didn't get sent one even though we have Sonos in the whole house and when DH messaged them they said they weren't sending any more out.

IWishYouWere · 21/10/2017 12:27

15%off at schuh I get 15% off too

RJnomore1 · 21/10/2017 12:32

Thanks coffee I've put that set on a wish list as it now says my order is delayed too - I really hope I get it.

Sassylowe · 21/10/2017 12:38

@SharkInThePark my DD got her kiddizoom 2 years ago when she was 5, she still plays with it now and it is still working. I think it is a great buy.

Sassylowe · 21/10/2017 12:46

Aspinal Of London have a 15% off code 'THEATRE' and they are offering free personalisation.
Brilliant offer as it means the diary i usually get DH is £37 with his i initials instead if the usual £50!!!!

Starfish78 · 21/10/2017 12:49

Does anyone have a spare sonos code they won't be using? Please pm me. Thank you
