I have 4 dc. For Christmas I like to keep it very traditional and do '3 wise men' presents, so something to read, something to wear and something they really want. I also get them a couple of little wrap ups. This year none of them have any idea what they want. What are you getting your dc?. Dd is 4, ds will be 3 at Christmas time. Ds will be 18 months at Christmas time and ds will be 5 months!.

As they're all so close in age, could you get a bigger joint gift, so you're not buying things for the sake of it? I have 4 too, and it can get overwhelming, can't it?!

That's a good idea!. It's really overwhelming!.

You could give then the smyths catalogue or similar to look at?
Or popular things my dd's enjoyed at that age were dressing up, tent, happyland.
My just turned 5 yr old likes moana and drawing at the moment. She has an art tray from argos which is used daily. Was under £10 too :) she's getting the moana singing doll she's asked for.

I have a 4 year old and 5 month old, can't imagine having 2 more in between you are superwoman! DS is 4 and he's getting Lego, an easel, lots of board games, play doh. 5 month old is getting a push walker, shape sorter, Toot toot car, the fisher price puppy, a ball popper and some books. I agree with PP could you get a big present? Trampoline, climbing frame? Do you have a play kitchen that's something they will all enjoy

I took them to SMYTHS after school and have got a little idea on what they'd like. Thank you!.

Thank you Peachy!. I must be mad because I still want more. I don't have a play kitchen but have saw some really good ones. We're moving house too and there's big space in the kitchen so we could put that there!.

Dd is nearly 6, her present she's used on Christmas Day for the last 3 Christmas's has been a colouring book and new crayons. I refuse to buy felt pens through the year because of the mess so she definitely knows they are from Father Christmas. Going to get 2 year old an aqua doodle.
DM buys the kids a book, something to wear, and a game. Elefun is really good for little ones (the batteries cost more than the game though) Think we're going to get pop-up pirate this time.
