Has anybody received their booking email yet?

just got mine and its saying sold out!

Same here logged on within five minutes of getting email and said sold out😡

Me too, gutted. We have been every year. I am going to complain this is rediculous.

Aww, I haven’t had mine and boarding a plane. Guess it won’t happen this year now :-(

I have sent and email so see where it gets me. Obviously it's only people who can afford to spend mega bucks in there who get to book now, not use everyday folk.

Duke of York Square's a nice alternative, and they don't start taking bookings until next month.

Same here - saw email 20 minutes after it had been sent and was sold out. We've been every year since my eldest was born and it was a lovely tradition :(

Just got my email. Obviously sold out. Will look into the Duke of York Square tickets. Anyone know when they go on sale?

There is also winter wonderland Santa although I wouldn't like to think of the queues at the weekend, it might be o.k in the week.

I've just messaged them Piccolino, I know it's in November. We've been for the last 2 years.

We missed out too - I think you need to spend £££ to get priority booking. The Duke of York Square says it isn't hosting a grotto this year. Any other ideas?

Royal Albert hall, hamleys? I just checked its 2000 before you go up to the next tier and 10000 to be in the black tier which is top.

Apparently people were calling up up and making bookings from 9-am who hadn't even received their email yet. Seems like a very unfair system

And the bad news is: no grotto at Duke of York Square this year. 😭

No neither did I, seems a hugely unfair system.

Well so far they have told me that apparently there where tickets available for every tier. I have questioned how they all got booked in 5 seconds. I'll let you know what they say.

Does Selfridges have a grotto. Sure I've seen one. They have a big Christmas shop.

Selfridges stopped having a grotto years ago. We were gutted as we had made it a real family tradition.
