The pound stuff occitane was from a special Brazilian range they did, last year I think. I suspect it didn't sell as well as their normal lines, hence it now being in poundland. Pretty sure occitane themselves have now discontinued it.

By the way last year I got an everlasting Advent calendar, not one you have to put gifts in (phew!) just one where you fit in the numbers every day let's hope we haven't lost any this year.
Good way to save money, my DC don't know yet that other people get gifts/chocolate in theirs.

@whyiamboredathome the saltrock sale with free delivery is on until today, they usually have pretty good sales all year around/change their stock daily it seems. So if you miss it it's always worth checking a few times a week.

Worth checking out TK Maxx for advent calendars too - last year the Minions Megablocks (lego-not-lego!) one was about £7 when everywhere else was selling it between £12-25

Haven't been in there yet this season but last year they had a good variety of advent calendars (albeit not the straightforward lego or playmobil ones) at very competitive prices.

Batman ukele and guitar strap 7.99 and 1.99 so a nice gift for dn for ten pound - home bargains.
