DH's work has a clear desk policy so at the end of every day he has to put everything from his desk in a locker. He is a bit sad because he likes to have pics of the children on his desk and other personal things. I there a fold up desk tray or folder that you can open up and put on your desk and it has all your pics etc and then can just fold away at end of day and put in your locker? (And if not can someone invent one please).

At my work they gave us a box that fits into our lockers that holds all of our papers and things. It's a bit bigger than A4, quite deep and has a handle but I've no idea where you get them, sorry.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but how about free standing photo frame?

You can get travel photo frames that are usually soft leathery and they fold - like this one on amazon, but I've seen them cheaper in shops.

You also get folding frames like this and I've seen them in the pound shop!
