Colouring Books For Adults

Hi I'm massively into art therapy for adults I always get colouring books for Christmas from my nana and from my mum and I'm just wondering does anyone else get them aswell

I haven't tried adult colouring books but I'd like to one day! I can imagine it being very relaxing and therapeutic

Bemused by this trend! DD always wants me to colour with her and I find it mind numbing. I thought that one of the advantages of being a grown up was not being expected to colour between the lines but it's a huge trend so obviously I'm in the minority.

I'm with you OP. I go through phases though, haven't done any for a few weeks. Always struggle for decent pens (skint).
