I'm sure I'm being ridiculous but I'm having a bit of a pre Christmas panic!!!! It is now 14 days until Christmas and I have about 8 people still left to buy for I have done fuck all wrapping I have no turkey ordered and for good measure I have broken my sodding arm and so everything is taking 100 times longer! I have two little DD's so can't do a lot during the day with them around and I've kept one of my eldest presents so safe I think I have lost it!!! Think I just need a shake and to get a grip! Ahhhhh. Please tell me I'm not the only one who is not in the slightest bit organised!

Sorry to hear about the broken arm. I broke mine badly back in February so I do know how much more difficult it makes even the simplest of things. My youngest was a teenager though so my kids were old enough to be of real help.

You're not the only one not fully organised for Christmas. I have yet to finish the Christmas shopping too.

I found online ordering and delivery a real boon when I was still in casts and couldn't drive. There is still time to do that at the moment, although you need to get it moving.

Hope you heal quickly.

Sorry to hear about your arm. I agree though I think online shopping is your friend here, and can you get someone to help with the wrapping. Maybe invite a friend round one evening for nibbles and wine and wrap everything in one go. I'd do that for a friend in need Xmas Smile

I'm moving house next Friday. Our stuff isn't coming till the Monday. I then have less than a week to unpack and put Christmas up, while working full-time and wrangling two small kids with no childcare and no annual leave to take.

Thankfully I've already done the wrapping.

Yep online is your friend, you can get most things sent gift wrapped I know it obv costs but in your situation might be a good idea for the larger items... hope the arm heals soon

I do everything online. Now I have a baby it is a most before I was just lazy.

According to goodhouse keeping Iceland have the best turkey, stuffing, mince pies and some other stuff this year. Iceland might be the way forward.

Is there aomebody who can help you wrap a partner or a friend who will do it in return for wine and a chat?

Buy a load of dirt cheap x mas bags from pound shops and use them!! Everyone will understand and bags are fun to get instead of wrapping! I've also got shit to buy still so you're not alone
