I just opened mine, after waiting 4 weeks for delivery, and they've sent me double the amount I ordered but haven't given me the flavour combinations I wanted, and in fact have substituted everything with a flavour I'm allergic to, and that I know the intended recipient won't like.

I've emailed them but no response as yet. Anyone else have similar issues?

I got a S'mores set and they gave me chocolate orange and a spare set of vanilla bean. I appreciate they have run out of the most popular and gave me double the amount. You can always buy another flavour from somewhere else to substitute and give to someone. Not idea but I think they have tried to accommodate the rush on sales that they had.

I understand they had a rush on orders but didn't object to the wait. I would rather have had an email to say they couldn't provide the flavours I requested. I probably wouldn't have been as upset if I'd received some vanilla!

Same here but I only got one extra packet and not even in branded box. My Vanilla Bean got subbed with salted caramel ☹️. No response from email yet.

I have just checked the two boxes (that I waited weeks to receive) and I have been sent salted caramel instead of vanilla. I'll email to complain, especially as they haven't informed me that they were substituting what I had ordered. I've paid a substantial amount for this and won't be ordering again.

I ordered from Cloud Nine on Wednesday and they were dispatched yesterday. Don't know what they'll be like, but from the sounds of it I'm really glad I chose a different company.
