Lakeland do mugs and mixes. You can get lots of Lakeland stuff on amazon too

Dr Oetker make a mug cake mix. I bought them in co-op and a mug each to make them in for the kids' Christmas Eve boxes

Very overrated IMO. We bought DD the Lakeland chocolate cake one a couple of years ago and found it very hard to get right (cooking time and resulting texture). My mum gave her a book of recipes last year but it's as much effort making a tiny amount of mix as it is to make a full sized cake so we get more than a spoonful each. Also tried the Dr Oetker mix recently, really synthetic tasting, not nice.

Thank you for your replies. It's for my secret santa gift but I'm re-thinking now......

The Dr Oetker ones are in most supermarkets. Chocolate, choc chip & lemon. DS loves them. You could get one of each & a pretty / practical mug.

M and S do nice mix ones that come with a little sachet of caramel sauce to pour over.
