Gift from from your manager...?

If you know any blokes aged 27-30, what small Christmas present would they like from their manager? I was going to go with Hotel Chocolat chocolate, or possibly a bottle of prosecco? My other reportee is a woman in her 50s and ideally I want to get them all the same thing - help!

There isn't a big gift giving culture at work so I don't need something big which looks like I'm trying to hard, but I do want something to thank them for their hard work this year!

Prosecco sounds good or a nice bottle of red?

Yes, a bottle of red or some nice chocolates

I have the same problem! I am going with a book for one (linked to interests) and a bottle of Kracken (good rum) - the men don't seem so big on wine / chocolates. Now what for a female aged 27 ? I want to get a really really nice present for her (not money - I got her a very good pay rise so she earns a lot now) - but I'm leaving and so a big thanks from me?? She likes Prosecco - but I need something special?

So wine is the front runner then...

Insabbath - if you want something like prosecco but nicer, how about champagne? Posh candle?

I've only ever been given wine from my managers - all male. It's the only present that people really do in my office (except for baby / wedding gifts).

I'd only give chocolate if you know they don't drink for religious reasons / health etx
