Secret santa ideas

I've been allocated a secret Santa at work and need to be able to get a present by Tuesday (ideally something available on Amazon prime). She's mid twenties, part Italian background and has just bought her first flat with her boyfriend. They are currently decorating the flat and it has a roof garden. I also know that she likes red wine

Max spend is £10. Any ideas? Preferably something light hearted but appropriate (she's junior to me but doesn't report in to me)

Sorry, I've just realised it's actually a week on Tuesday so I have more time to go out and get something

A picture frame is a good idea but would prefer something a bit more light hearted / jokey

get something totally tacky off one of those Facebook selling sites that says "first Christmas in our new home" and add a bottle of Italian red wine

Not very light hearted, but:

small bottle of nice olive oil or balsamic vinegar
Good chocs (Hotel Chocolat?)
