Urgent query re wilko

I'm trying to trace a missing parcel can anyone tell me what packaging wilko use is it a brown box?

My delivery came in a brown cardboard box. I think it said Wilko on the side if that's any help. Hope your delivery turns up!

I've only ever had stuff on click and collect. Then it is just wrapped in about a centimetre thick of clingfilm.

Thanks a mil for responses. I'm in Ireland so using a delivery service. I included my reference in my address and wilko helpfully didn't put it on the parcel. They're trying to locate if for me. Fingers crossed as it's full of party stuff for my 6 year olds birthday.....on Saturday
