Our Generation versus Design A Friend...

Okay, as always I have made my eyes pop - too much Googling.

I've ended up buying OG dolls for christmas for the 8yo and 6yo little monkeys, but already have loads of DAF outfits (and my 8yo has two DAF dolls)

Question - will the DAF outfits fit the OG dolls? (Hint, please say yes).

And if not, do you think it best to return OG dolls and get a cheaper (YAY!) DAF doll each, of presumably similar quality..

And also why the frick does the wardrobe cost so much? I mean like the OG wardrobe costs £70 odd. The DAF wardrobe costs a slightly less wince-inducing £25. Again, my humble and slightly desperate question is, will the clothes fit in both?

Oh my goodness. The Christmas indecision and disaster has begun...

Help me from my befuddlement someone pleeeeeeeeaaaaaasssee!!!! xxx

don't think design a friend clothes will fit our generation dolls unfortunately
according to my niece (whose a bit of an expert) DAF are 16 inches, while OG and others are 18 inches

so you might get some OG clothes that you can put on a DAF doll, but not really the other way round....

Thank you, I was beginning to suspect as much. The OG dolls arrived in an enormous box. And they are indeed gigantors. But very nice. Now have to make an executive decision. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. xx
