Elf on the Shelf. Help please!!

Anyone know where I can get one today?! As ever feeling like the worst lastminute.com mummy!! Any help appreciated!

This is my fifth year. My advice, don't start.

The actual creepy as fuck elf on the shelf is being sold in WH Smith and I think in The Works too

It's usually done until about day 3 then you get bored with the bloody Santa snitch.

Can you do an email? Maybe he has gone off on an adventure to Smith on naughty kids.

John Lewis have cool portable north pole elves that are posable and less creepy than the usual ones. I'm starting tomorrow too. Going to put the tree up tonight and then the elf will be underneath with an advent calendar and letter from Santa about him wanting to live in our house for a holiday after making toys all year.

My elf is not a snitch and does not give a shit if kids are naughty or if they play with him. He is a fairly liberal elf who doesn't judge
