Got a text saying 'early hours' but what does that mean? As in after midnight? 6am? 8am?

cheminotte I don't think you can change the address once the order has been placed - you have to make a new order which might mean losing your slot. Are you definitely moving and if so could you change the address now? If not you might need to call Tesco and see if there is anything they can do.

Booked mine for 10-11am for Thursday the 22nd at 5:08 this morning! This is the time I wanted - so relieved!

Bobsmum02 · 26/11/2016 08:59

I'm full of the worst cold ever so slept in and just logged on, no 1 hour slots left at all for me on 23rd!! But I clicked on flexi saver slots and they were all available so I've got 9-1 on 23rd. Apparently they will email that morning to tell me what time to expect them. Not the end of the world, still gives me some time in the afternoon to nip out to replace whatever they haven't delivered!

daisiesinherfootsteps · 26/11/2016 09:03

cheminotte I am also pretty sure you cannot change the address once an order is checked out only the slot and the items. Unless you are moving in the same street/very close it won't be the same van so that slot won't be any use. Do you know new address? If so I would book another slot for it ASAP and cancel the first.

cheminotte · 26/11/2016 09:52

Not moving far at all so it will be the same van. You've got me worried now though. We were due to exchange on Friday but it didn't happen so hopefully Monday but I don't want to jinx it by booking a delivery to that address. Yes I am totally paranoid!

HungryHorace · 26/11/2016 10:25

Maybe try to change the address and if you can't, then book to your new address and 'pay' the amount for a second delivery on that day. When you cancel the other order the charge for the 'second' (which is now the only) delivery will vanish. In theory!

purpleladybird · 26/11/2016 10:49

You can't have more than one delivery a day though, even if you pay for the second, I don't think. Some people have 22nd and 23rd so perhaps book one for each address and cancel what you don't need?

TondelayaDellaVentamiglia · 26/11/2016 10:55

ohhh this reminds me of another website BadMothersClub when someone realised if you just changed the date in the web address you could bring up unreleased shopping dates and book in whenever the hell you liked

even though they had not officially released the dates

some got cancelled by phone, but just kept placing orders and doing the same again. ...it was way way more fun than it sounds!

BMC vs Tesco! hah! :o :o :o I think tesco and sainsbury were the easiest to hack!

KookSpook · 26/11/2016 11:15

I got 6pm on the 23rd.

Why wont it let me put last weeks order in my trolley? Hmm
I cant work out how to do it.

NigellasGuest · 27/11/2016 08:55

Thanks for the link to the free trial of delivery saver! I've signed up ..... however I still don't have access to any dates beyond the 16th. Any advice?

KookSpook · 27/11/2016 09:09

Have you scrolled along to the right?

daisiesinherfootsteps · 27/11/2016 09:18

Nigellasguest I don't think you can just sign up now and get the access. I had a free trial last oct into November and I had to waste the last week of it and sign up properly by a certain date (early Nov I think) to qualify for the early access to Xmas slots. Sorry.

purpleladybird · 27/11/2016 09:25

daisie is right, you needed to be on a paid plan by 9 November.
