Waterproof backpack cover

Can any cyclists recommend a hi vis waterproof backpack cover? I bought the more mile high one before for my dh, the visibility of it is great but it's not that waterproof only good for showers.

Obviously depends on the size of the backpack, but DH has this one for hillwalking and seems happy with it.
