Any heads up on what films will be released for Christmas this year?

(I cannot remember the last time I went to the cinema so I don't see the trailers)

There doesn't seem to be anything especially Christmassy this year apart from Bad Santa 2. Which will probably be great, just not one to take the kids to.

My DS (will be 17 at Christmas) might be in favour but not if he has to go with his DMum and DDad .............................. ~arama )

Went to the cinema yesterday and didn't see any trailers for Christmas.
Hopefully there will be a good family one - I love a nice Christmas movie!

There's always good old Cineworld juniors cheap film.. one year it was Home Alone

The new Disney film is Moana which does not look Christmassy at all.

Check out your local theatres and places that do secret cinema. Last year we had the choice of watching ELF for the run up to Christmas (local theatre) or It's a wonderful life on Christmas Eve (small local/ secret cinema). We didn't get the chance to go last year due to work schedules but I'm hoping they have Its a wonderful life on again this year as it would be great to see on big screen on Christmas Eve.

Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them, and Rogue One are on our list.
