Thanks AdmiralCLingus. I hope your nephew is doing well Flowers sounds like a horrible time, what a lovely auntie to spoil him with Thomas!

AdmiralCLingus · 01/10/2016 20:36

I've got him an extra special gold Thomas for the day he rings the bell for his all clear! I'm incredibly proud of him! Dd loves him to pieces and loves taking him a special treat in when we go see them but it got VERY expensive haha! Thanks for the well wishes!

I have seen the advert for the guinea pigs on Tiny Pop. I can't remember anything other than they were Guinea pigs but the daughter who want zone is not making it up!

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 01/10/2016 20:50

mummy might it be hamster in a house? Saw an ad tonight

MooPointCowsOpinion · 01/10/2016 20:58

I can't be the only one to notice 'edible anus chocolate' in the OP?

Are anus chocolates popular then? I'm trying to work out if it's shaped like an anus or something more sinister..?

JesusDontWantMeForASunbeam · 01/10/2016 21:22

AliExpress do the wooden Thomas trains. Roughly £2 each and fairly good quality. They just don't have the names printed underneath.

JesusDontWantMeForASunbeam · 01/10/2016 21:23

And the guinea pigs- could they possibly be little live pets?

BrollySmolly · 01/10/2016 21:33

Admiral - I picked up a similar unicorn (aurora I think she's called) last year in the sale sainsburys. It was held back, due to having enough presents, but will give to Dd this Christmas!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 01/10/2016 21:35

Moo chocolate anus!

iloveholidays · 01/10/2016 21:56

Thank you to who posted about the metal bookmarks last night :)

I popped to Matalan earlier and have my eyes on far too much a few bits in the christmas section. Does anyone know if they are doing 3 for 2 on their christmas stuff this year and also are there any vouchers floating around?

Thank you

DandelionAndBedrock · 01/10/2016 22:00

I got a Christmas ideal homes which has loads of promotional pages for Matalan - was expecting a code. Maybe next issue? I've got a basket of Christmas decoration bits waiting to put through.

DiscoMike · 01/10/2016 22:01

There are plenty of Matalan codes - 6 off 60 is 60MAT and £8 off £80 is 1080MAT
Plenty of the Christmas stuff is 342, there's a £5 Christmas fleece and 2 for £12 fleece PJs. Also a unicorn top and rainbow leggings.

BaBaBaBoomBoom · 01/10/2016 22:25

ohfourfoxache · 01/10/2016 22:55

Haudyerwheesht · 01/10/2016 23:20

Has anyone ever bought any of the block tech Lego type stuff - is it any good?

neddle · 01/10/2016 23:30

Some lightning deals on at the moment:

Fun egg holder for the kitchen
Women's bathrobes

And some coming up in the morning:

Lego type baseplates
Frozen jelly stickers

confuugled1 · 01/10/2016 23:33

Not sure if these Unicorn Nightlights have made it to the list yet... £10 at firebox.

neddle · 01/10/2016 23:36

Anyone know where I could get personalised names stampers like this?
Saw some on a stand in toys r us today, but my children have unusual names so I thought about getting them made but don't know where from.

Haudyerwheesht · 01/10/2016 23:42

admiral what about this
For your nephew? Not a train as such but a Thomas flashlight. £7.75? All kids love a torch.

BicycleMadeForTwo · 01/10/2016 23:49

needle there are loads on eBay so you may find a cheaper seller - this one you can personalise the font and image and you send them the name you want to be put on the stamp - eBay stamp £5 or so

AdmiralCLingus · 02/10/2016 00:04

Thanks for the link haud I'll check with my sister if he has one of those (they are rather inundated with thomas items!!!!) He would LOVE that if he hasn't got one already!

stealthsquiggle · 02/10/2016 00:05

That egg holder is an intensely practical present for anyone who has chickens. We have a similar one and it's fab - no faffing around trying to remember what order to use eggs in.

BicycleMadeForTwo · 02/10/2016 00:09

I love the first question in the egg Q&A section on Amazon -
Q: How do you get the hen to perch in the correct position on top?
😂😂

PamelaEwing · 02/10/2016 07:01

To continue with the Unicorn theme... Accessorize Unicorn advent calendar £10

Haribo advent calendars available for £7 at Amazon and Ocado.
