My metal bookmarks arrived okay, some suppliers took a lot longer than others, I may have ordered one box of every kind a few, they are super cute.

They are on Amazon, sorry can't link, just search on metal bookmarks . They come in a round cardboard box of 20 for about £1.20 to £1.80 per box regular price, not sale price, ( suppliers from China so take a few weeks to arrive) lots of different themes. Look a bit like fancy paper clips they would hold a couple of pages together, but they are meant for marking your page in books . I'm going to keep some, I read a lot, and gift the others with books as presents.

Ive just found the metal bookmarks on aliexpress for $1.55. the pretty ones I wanted off Amazon were £2.99. they look so cute.

DH has this evening ordered the Lego train as his 'bonus' treat as a VIP Lego member. He is ridiculously excited.

Chocolatecake12 I saw a post today on Hot UK Deals that the Sainsbury toy event is 19th-25th October, confirmed by a few people.

The Entertainer have some flashlight friends for £5, paw patrol digital watches for £2.40 and Disney aluminium drinks bottles for £2.50. Lots of other things on there too.

I've also seen that the Sainsbury's toy sale starts the 19th October, it's usually in the Autumn half term but my school is having their half term a lot later this year (not sure if this is just local or all over. We break up for half term on the 28th October which means our Christmas break begins 23rd Dec)

I'm finding none of the cheap stuff from amazon is arriving but everything from China I've bought on eBay has arrived.

Those metal bookmarks are 99p for all the different designs, on eBay. Took only 10 days to arrive.

Sainsburys toy sale will be in a few weeks but they already have some toys half price at the end of the aisle. I got my daughter the barbie with dancing horse for £25 from £50 and my son a big hot wheels set for the same price. They also had some cheap shopkins bits and all the Star Wars bags, wallets, money boxes very cheap.

Hi all, I'm looking for advice re photo calendars! Best time to buy from a bargain point of view? Albelli have been recommended on here in the past but at the moment photo calendars are £11.99

For people who have ordered stuff from China on Amazon, when it doesn't arrive , what does your order status say? I ordered a poo cushion in August and it says it's been dispatched, but it's over a week past the latest delivery estimate now. I've messaged the seller but no reply. Not sure whether I should order again elsewhere, or whether the 'dispatched' status should give me hope?!
