For homemade advent calendar inspiration, you could always use these with foam numbers on like these and hang on a small cheap tree as pp suggested. Would like really pretty

Those are full-size pegs and I hang small parcels or single sweets. I also own numbered small pegs (loose, not strung) from Tiger, I think they sell them every Christmas, and were £1(or was it £2?) for a set of 24.

I'm looking for a small white toy box for DS for Christmas, but they seem to be a bit pricey most places. Does anyone know where I can find an affordable one?

Tesco are apparently (HUKD) doing the tubs of roses, quality st etc at 2 for £7 from 14th Sep. Can never have too many stashed away ready to eat in October
