Dd2 has a nut allergy so a very different Christmas menu this year.

Any idea of a Christmas cake and pudding recipe with no nuts?

Just make Delia's ones and replace nuts with same weight in extra fruit. Done with both (nut allergy for one DC here, too), and tbh they are even tastier.

just use your favourite recipe and leave nuts out and replace weight with more dried fruit no need for nuts, or add something a bit different stem ginger, dried cranberries or sour cherries both would be good

I always replace nuts with extra fruit. I also replace peel with nicer fruit. Dates are nice, as are chopped apricots.

I have one from good housekeeping magazine about 6 years ago. DH can't stand nuts. As others have said it's more or less an ordinary recipe but with more fruit.
