Small presents for men?

Looking for something small to buy for Scout leaders, men who volunteer and run clubs our DS goes to etc. In the past I'very done:

• thinsulate gloves/hat set

-box of mixed ales -coffee/coffee syrup and outdoor mugs/flasks

Any inspiration? Even better if I can order online.

Books, chocs and wine are pretty gender neutral.

For scout leaders how about something like a fire steel?

Walking socks/boot socks?

I'm a guide leader so obviously the wrong gender but I'd like something with some thought a personal note eg when you did x it's given y such and such. Maybe a xmas Dec your son has made or card. The thought is lovely but I sent leaders home with 4 boxes of chocs each as I'm not a huge fan but doubt if more than 1 or 2 actually said thank you personally.
