Do you all write thank yous from your children for their presents? Or is a verbal thank you enough?

I am finding little time to write any and have seen people and thanked them in person before I have got to write to them.

i have thanked people when i see them but some i wont see for ages ,what im doing is a ptinted photo of my ds son and a typed thank you note and gettinh him to write his name on it.

I do thank yous. DD writes a little bit and I add stuff on the end. I like it as I can thank for gifts for all the family and I didn't used to do that before we had children. I think it's good manners and helps me stay in touch with family who live further away.
Doesn't take too long, honest

I wanted to recycle the old Christmas cards which is why its taking longer than something printed. Also mine are a bit young to write anything. DD is 2 and doesn't write anything on request!

Welshmum - I know I just wanted to justify not bothering. I guess I will do them eventually. If I get off here and on with the ironing!
