- when do I taker it out of the freezer? it's 3.6KG - how long will it need to defrost? (I've only brought one frozen b4 4 years ago, and that one was left in the garage from when we brought it on the 23rd ish. last year's was fresh on xmas eve.)
- where should I put it? as I say normally it goes in the garage but we don't have one here - should it go in the fridge or will it not defrost in time/I don't want it to turn and us get food poisioning or something silly.
- roughly how long will that one take to cook?
(I know i've done turkey b4 but this year J will be eating it as well - when it's just DH and I it's not so bad if dinners when it's ready (as normal! lol) also I want to make sure there's no chance it won't be cooked properly or defrosted properly with J having some)
going to try the stuffing over the breast and bacon on top of that as apparently that's nice??
