Lol had that myself today...was paying with a voucher so waited about 45 mins for service...i was having a panic that someone would buy it before me though as it was the last one!

Why do they always skip my number, i will be no.45 in the queue with a 5 minute wait. They cal 41,42,43,44, oooh me next, no then they call 46,47,48, and i can see what i want on the shelf behind them. I have so very nearly vaulted over the counter and grabbed my stuff. It happens every time.

ooh can you do it with a Voucher card online and then do that?? MIL has sent us a voucher thru for xmas.

I did this the other day, I ordered online the DH went in to get the stuff after work. Only thing is the discount didn't come up, so he ended up going to the till anyway.

Best thing if you have to queue is accept it will take a while as the staff are working flat out and the extra staff won't be as experienced, so chill out and do some peple watching, not so easy with kids though .

went in this morning in and out in 10 mins at 9.00am so that's the time to go! lol.
